During a personal meeting at your home, your childcare needs will be inventoried, after which we can immediately start recruiting the nanny.

Nanny recruitment

All our nannies are extensively screened and interviewed with emphasis on education, experience, background and motivation of the nanny. References are also checked and a Certificate of Good Conduct is requested.

Introduction to nanny

The nanny will visit you at home so that you can get to know her better during an informal conversation.

Trial day

You will have the opportunity to see the nanny in practice with your children.

Entry into service

The nanny is well prepared through various policies, courses and protocols and is ready to start working for you.

Payroll administration

You have the option to hire the nanny yourself, for example in your own company. We also have a partnership with an administration agency that can take care of the entire payroll administration for you.

Clutch

The official moment: the contracts are signed and, if desired, your home is checked for safety, and the care can begin!

Childcare Inspection

The nanny will be registered with the GGD at the childcare address if desired. Inspection The GGD will visit your home once for an inspection to include the nanny in the National Childcare Register with a registration number. With this number you can apply for childcare allowance.
