With great pleasure and enthusiasm we started Nanny Solutions in 2007. For more than 17 years we have been responding to social developments by offering various nanny services. These distinguish themselves from other forms of childcare by offering high quality and a lot of personal attention. The family is central to us.
Because your children are the most valuable thing in your life, the choice of childcare is not something you will make every day. We are therefore happy to give you personal advice to find the right form of childcare.

"I completed the Human Resource Management course at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Recruitment & selection, training and coaching are key points during this course. During my studies, I wrote a thesis for a daycare center in Amsterdam, with a focus on quality improvement. This gave me a good insight into all aspects involved in childcare. After my studies, I worked for a facility service provider. Here I was responsible for the recruitment & selection of employees. Mediation and matching is very familiar territory for me. In addition, during my studies I worked as a leader at a daycare center in Amsterdam and I obtained my SPW training. I also gained years of experience as a babysitter for many families.
Since 2007, I have been working for Nanny Solutions every day with incredible pleasure. The best part of my job is the personal contact I have with the families and our nannies. Now that I am a mother of three children myself, I have also experienced how nice it is to have a nanny and I can empathize even better with the wishes and needs of parents. Working with children continues to give me great satisfaction."

"Like Nienke, I completed the Human Resource Management course and then worked in this field. Working with children was something I always did alongside my education and it continued to appeal to me. Eventually, I took the step to attend the pedagogical academy (PABO).
After I got my diploma, I worked as a teacher in Thailand for a few months. After this wonderful experience, I became a teacher at a primary school in Amsterdam. After this educational period in which I gained a lot of experience working with children, Nanny Solutions gave me the opportunity to optimally combine these two studies and my work experience.
I now have 2 children of my own and I get a lot of pleasure out of matching the right nanny to a family!"

"My name is Nadia de Wals and I started a franchise branch in the Gooi region and surroundings in 2017. Working with children has always appealed to me, which is why I have babysat a lot from a young age. Like Berber and Nienke, I also have a pedagogical diploma and have worked in youth care and childcare for a number of years.
In 2015 I started at Nanny Solutions as a nanny, where I worked for two years with a very nice family in Amsterdam. Eventually I felt it was time for the next step and I decided to start a franchise branch in the Gooi region and surroundings. Like no other, I know, through working as a nanny and through my own 2 children, how important it is to make the right match. That is why I really enjoy using my feeling and knowledge here and advising and guiding each family in a personal way."
