Intake

In a personal meeting at the home where the childcare will take place, the childcare needs of both families will be inventoried, after which we can immediately start recruiting the nanny.

Nanny recruitment

All our nannies are extensively screened and interviewed with emphasis on education, experience, background and motivation of the nanny. References are also checked and a Certificate of Good Conduct is requested.

Introduction to nanny

The nanny will visit you at home so that you can get to know her better during an informal conversation.

Trial day

You will have the opportunity to see the nanny in practice with your children.

Entry into service

The nanny is well prepared through various policy documents, courses and protocols and is ready to start working for you.

Clutch

The official moment: the contracts are signed and the house where the shelter will take place is checked for safety, the shelter can start!

Registration GGD

The nanny is registered with the GGD at the childcare address.

Childcare Inspection

The nanny is registered at the childcare address with the childcare inspection. The GGD will visit your home once for an inspection to include the nanny in the National Childcare Register with a registration number. With this number you can apply for childcare allowance.

Evaluatiemomenten en huisbezoeken

Wij vinden het belangrijk, meerdere keren per jaar de voortgang van de opvang te bespreken tijdens evaluaties en huisbezoeken.

Herhalen RIV

Elk jaar komen wij langs om de veiligheid van het huis te bekijken. Hier maken we een uitgebreid verslag van.

EHBO voor kinderen

Wij vinden het van groot belang dat elke nanny in het bezit is van een erkend diploma ehbo voor kinderen. Elk jaar moet deze cursus herhaald worden. Dit wordt door ons meerdere keren per jaar aangeboden.

Cursussen en workshops

Tijdens de vele cursussen en workshops die georganiseerd worden, bieden we uw nanny de kans om zichzelf optimaal te blijven ontwikkelen en nieuwe inzichten op te doen.

Inval bij ziekte

Wanneer uw nanny ziek is, heeft Nanny Solutions een ervaren invalteam klaarstaan.

Pedagoge

Onze pedagoge, met veel ervaring in de opvoeding en begeleiding van kinderen, staat altijd paraat om vragen te beantwoorden en extra ondersteuning te bieden.

Belastingadviseur

Onze nanny’s worden ondersteund door onze belastingadviseur met alle belastingtechnische aspecten.

Administratieve begeleiding

Wij verzorgen de overeenkomsten, de maandelijkse uitbetaling van het loon aan de nanny, de facturatie, de urenregistratie en de jaaropgaven.

Verzekeringen

Wij zorgen ervoor dat uw nanny goed verzekerd is.

Rates

We work with an all-in hourly rate that includes the nanny's salary and the supervision costs. You can apply for childcare allowance on this hourly rate if the nanny is registered at the childcare address in the National Register for Childcare.

You share the following costs with the other family:

2 children

Hourly rate Between € 22.50 and €24.00

3 children

Hourly rate Between € 23.50 and €25.00

4 children

Hourly Rate Between 24,- and 28,-

Mediation costs €95 per family

You save costs, because you share the costs with another family.
The care is still small-scale and your child therefore receives a lot of personal attention.
There are several children present during the daycare, which contributes to the social development of your child.
The nanny has the opportunity to go outside with the children every day, which is not always the case at a daycare center.
Both families are eligible for childcare allowance.
Children are less likely to come into contact with the prevalent viruses in daycare centers.
