Advantages

from a nanny

  • With a certified nanny you are entitled to childcare allowance, just like at a daycare center.

  • The nanny also takes care of light housework, so you can fully enjoy your child(ren) when you get home.

  • When the nanny is ill, Nanny Solutions has an experienced team of substitutes ready. This way, the care can continue as usual.

  • Nanny Solutions pays a lot of attention to the development of the nannies and organizes many courses and workshops. The nanny is therefore always up to date with the latest insights and developments.

  • The children are taken to and from school, playgroup and other activities if desired and friends are welcome to join them after school. This way their rhythm and social development are not disrupted.

  • Each nanny is screened extensively and provided with the right training if necessary. Think of a good basic training, mandatory courses, first aid diploma and a pedagogical diploma.

  • The nanny works under the Home Services Regulation. You do not have to pay social security contributions and premiums for your nanny.

Fact:

The Family Nanny saves

you 20% of your valuable time per day.

Quality Nannies

Kwaliteit Nanny's

Because your children are the most important thing in your life, you want the best care and attention for them. That is why Nanny Solutions works exclusively with qualified, professional and reliable nannies. We guarantee this through a very strict selection procedure. The nannies are extensively screened and interviewed, with an emphasis on background, experience and motivation. References are checked and verified. All nannies must be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct, obtained from the Ministry of Security and Justice. In addition, our nannies follow a first aid course for children and must be in possession of a pedagogical diploma. Our nannies are committed, expert and up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of safety, hygiene, care, education and children's activities. The nannies we hire are trained. They follow the offered courses and theme evenings in the field of pedagogy, safety and health. These are regularly led by leading pedagogues and experts. Our nannies are intensively supervised and supported by Nanny Solutions.

Pedagogical policy

Pedagogisch Beleid

Nanny Solutions has a clear vision of the conditions that childcare by a nanny must meet in order to give the child every opportunity for healthy development. This vision is laid down in our pedagogical policy. Our pedagogical policy plan further explains how we provide pedagogically responsible childcare by our nannies. In addition, we have developed various protocols and policy documents to guarantee safe childcare.

Kinderopvangtoeslag

Childcare allowance

As a parent, you are eligible for childcare allowance and benefit from attractive refunds. This can ultimately make you even better off than with other forms of childcare, such as a daycare center. We support parents with applying for childcare allowance and we are happy to make a quote for you in advance to gain insight into the refund. You can find more information about childcare allowance on the Tax and Customs Administration website.

Landelijk Register

National Register
Childcare and Playgroups

Home Services Regulation

If a nanny works for you less than 4 days a week, you can make use of the home care scheme. This scheme means that you, as an employer, do not have to pay social security contributions and premiums for your nanny. If you need care for 4 or more days a week, we will arrange a second nanny for you. In this way, you can still make use of this scheme. For more information about the home care scheme, we refer you to the website of the Central Government.

You also have to deal with the WAB (Balanced Labour Market Act) under this scheme. More information about this can be found on the website of the Dutch government.

If you are interested in taking a seat in the parent committee, please contact Nanny Solutions for more information.

Geschillencommissie

Dispute Committee

We believe that the quality of our childcare and satisfied parents, children and nannies are the most important. We do everything we can to achieve this. We are always available for help and advice. In addition, we evaluate the childcare several times a year to process any points of attention and adjust them if necessary. We have joined the Disputes Committee. This committee handles complaints from consumers and parent committees against entrepreneurs in childcare about daycare (children aged 0-4) and after-school care (children aged 4-12) in childcare centres, childminder agencies and playgroups. You can find more information about the Disputes Committee in this brochure .
